Just a simple and very inexpensive 6 " Turkey Breast Sub from the On Subway App order.... When I arrived a few minutes later it was ready on their Pick up shelf. Grabbed it and returned to work . It was exactly what I ordered and was expecting and it ... was fresh and well made. The very surprising and thoughtful addition was finding a complimentary cookie tucked in with the order. Such a simple gesture, but made my day. Thank you!! to the young lady who took care of my order....Employee 999997. As a retailer myself...good service is not rocket science nor is it really costly. I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff at this Subway. That’s Kiran, Chetna, Ridhi and Sofia, They are always friendly and welcoming, making every visit feel like I’m catching up with friends. They take great care to get my order just right, and they’re super fast too. The restaurant ... is clean and has a great atmosphere. Definitely my go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal! Ordered Subway for the office today, processing everyones order over the phone and payment was seamless. Delivery was on time and they even added some extra cookies 😊
