Mediocre at best never have I had a positive experience here, staff are always less then pleased to be there it seems. Bit into my sandwich and when I pulled away I noticed I had a hair coming out of my mouth while the other end of said hair was still inside the sandwich in my hand. It was clearly made into the sandwich and was not one of mine (plus it ... was blonde while im a very dark brunette) The hair had the root of someones scalp attached to it. placed a pickup order of two foot long sandwiches, which i noticed were not accurately made to order. after calling in to advise of what’s happened, they said as far as they are concerned it was made correctly because they “asked” the person who made it and advised i was ... mistaken. i even noticed an error in modifications of my order due to allergies which was completely missed also. i am quite disappointed as this was our neighborhood go to Subway for our family and the place my kids enjoyed to visit with friends at lunch, however knowing their lack of professionalism in the food service industry and customer service, not sure if i would visit again. Don’t think I can order from this location again. The ladies working there are so NOT friendly, and the sandwiches are TERRIBLE! Ordered 3 foot long turkey subs and there was little to no meat on there. All I could taste was lettuce. And the bread - ... don’t get me started….old and stale. Do not order from here.
