Mr Sub - Calgary, Alberta

Bad service standard. No accessibility facilities and the equipment is old. The scanner is broken so they refuse to provide service relating to the Mr. Sub reward, where they can just hand input their membership card and the staff just lack of passion to do that.

Used to come to this location frequently about 15 years ago when I lived very close. Since then, as there aren't very many locations, it has always been Subway for my fast serve sandwich needs. Today, I was in the area and decided to get myself lunch. Staff were friendly, ... the sandwich was phenomenal as I remember them being before. Fresh, with better ingredients (mushrooms too 😁)and the price was over $3 less expensive than Subway for the similar sandwich type (Assorted Vs Cold Cut). ABSOLUTELY BLOWS SUBWAY OUT OF THE WATER! I noticed when you order a small, assorted sub they’ll give you 2 pieces of salami, 2 pieces of ham and 2 pieces of luncheon meat but when you get a large they’ll give you 4 pieces salami, 4 pieces luncheon meat, but only give you 3 pieces ... of ham when every other location in Calgary gives you 4 , 4 and 4 when I ask him about it, they say no it’s only three very rudely so they like to try to rip you off on a piece of ham to try to save money. might not be much but with today’s prices and everything rising and cost totally unfair and rude will not be going back there, especially after the rudeness when all I did is ask a question Read more

This is the best Mr.Sub in all of Calgary. The buns are the freshest. The produce is always fresh. I have never seen a tub of brown lettuce like many other submarine shops. I think the quality is good for the price you pay. When I eat Mr.Sub, this has always ... been the only location. Read more

Small narrow buns which don't allow many toppings without falling off. The meat was tasty and fairly generous amount but the price was ridiculously high for the small portion served. A bonus was the microwave heating to melt the cheese. Subway is a far better choice in my opinion ... as they allow generous amounts of toppings and meat compared to this place. Read more
