I love this place- their wonton soup is the BEST! It really hits the spot- I always get in on Mondays and Thursdays!

Always a great taste! I like sandwiches so naturally I get cravings for a deli sandwich from here. I had ‘the Club House’ with fresh vegetables recently. Do plan on spending an average of $9 for just one sandwich. Here’s a plus, the cashiers are super friendly.

Lovely independent spot to grab a homemade breakfast or lunch in Gulf Canada Square. In addition to some sandwich and salad staples, they have rotating weekly features of different hot dishes and soups. On this visit, I tried the mac and cheese and beef/barley soup. The soup was warm and inviting ... with real beef. But, the real highlight was the mac and cheese: extra creamy made with real cheddar cheese and topped with buttery homemade croutons. Family run business that has healthy breakfast and lunch options. Better than other chain breakfast food places. Their breakfast is fresh and has a home-style taste. Prices included GST and are reasonable - they have gone up but still within reason. Favourite item is their egg, cheese ... and ham english muffin ($3.75) with salt and pepper and spicy mayo.
