So I decided to try out Vietnamese food on a whim while doing some business in the area. Nice place for a quick bite with a variety to choose from. Food tasted good enough that I'm willing to try again (a different dish of course) if in the neighbourhood anytime in ... the future. This is a fantastic place for true Vietnamese subs. I highly recommend the beef sate sub with all the toppings. Its number 5 on the menu. Their phone soup is good too, not on the same level as the banh mi subs, but still fulfilling. Decor is nothing special, but ... gets the job done. It is very clean inside the restaurant. Read more

This is really two reviews. I went here shortly after they opened, and it was a mess. Lacking ingredients, sparse decor, inconsistent service. Old man staring at my table while I ate, baby crying in the kitchen, my bubble tea arrived after I was done my meal because they had ... to run out for milk. I was disappointed, but decided to give them a few months and try again. My next visit was MUCH more pleasant. Just a case of new restaurant growing pains, I suppose. I recommend the coconut chicken, though they are a little stingy with the meat. Also, it be great if they provided a tray return location - the interior layout is a little odd. Read more

Wow! I tried this place for the first time today at lunch and I am an instant fan!! I had the coconut chicken sate sub and it was delicious. My taro bubble tea was amazing. I will be a regular returning customer. Great place to get your fix when you ... are craving a vietnamese sub. The staff was extremely friendly. Good location, close to my work place.
