I really could eat here every day. My favourite is the Beach Bowl. There is absolutely nothing I would change about it. The ingredients are always super fresh and I love that I get a choice of salmon, shrimp or tofu. Please never take this off the menu!

I visited here after my workout and really enjoyed their coconut curry bowl. Initially, I expected a curry broth or soup, but instead, it featured brown rice mixed with coconut curry without soup, topped with various toppings. Even though it did not meet my expectation, it was very delicious, and ... the portion was generous. I opted for extra protein, adding tofu at an additional cost of $3.5. My husband ordered a winter seasonal menu item, an avocado chicken salad? Sorry I don’t recall the exact name. Absolutely love their smoked salmon avocado toast with feta cheese. This is second time ordering this. They put a good amount of salmon for the price. Their ranchero bowl is amazing as well. Probably the best avocado toast and açai smoothie bowls in Calgary! Always fresh ingredients. Decent portion size for the salad bowls, costs extra to add a protein. It does tend to be busy on the weekends during the lunch hour but the line moves quick. Highly recommend the Avo Bacon & ... Egg and the Sunshine Smoothie Bowl. When I tell you this was one of the best salads I have ever had. Oh my word. Delicious. I got the Mayan. I could probably eat that salad for weeks. And judging by how popular it was, I feel like a lot of people must frequent that spot. My friend ... got the Be Well Salad, and then another got the Smoked Salmon Toast. All delicious!
