Just picked this up, premium ingredients all around and it's immediately obvious in the taste. Made to order, the owner actually cooked fresh chicken breasy for thie pizza (I saw and tasted it before it was put on the 'za). If you're around the area, drop in. Unbelievable find! This may have been the best pizza I have ever eaten. We got to speak with the owner after our meal and he was happy to enthusiastically speak of his 25+ years of expertise in the culinary arts. A very Italian 7.6 out of 10. Lots of good toppings. There is a nice crunch to the crust. It's a good local pizza. The pizzas are on the expensive side but they definitely come with more good stuff than most.
