Pizza 73 - Calgary, Alberta

I went in to pick up my food for my family. Great customer service. The lady that took my order was very fast and efficient. The pizza came out piping hot and was cooked to perfection. It was very cheesy! I would recommend everyone to order.

And there's absolutely zero atmosphere here. It's a small Booth with okay food. It'd be a lot better if I didn't have to yell my order so that the cashier could hear me. Even when ordering something simple like a 20-piece meal pointing at the menu that says 20 ... piece meal having to explain to him what a 20-piece meal is. Perfect cheesey pizza with great crust that was crispy yet soft and fluffy in the right places, the order was right on time to the minute, and the man at the counter serving me was kind and efficient with service.

Ordered a medium heart shaped pepperoni and extra cheese pizza and a small chicken mushrooms. Bacon melt add pineapple. They quoted me 40-60 minutes. After 70 minutes I called to enquire and was ensure it was on the way. 15 minutes later it arrived . I received a small plain ... cheese pizza and a large chicken mushroom bacon melt and there was no pineapple on it. It was also cold. I called back and was assured they would make new pizzas and send them out. I hung up and my daughter was starving so I told her to eat. I then called back and asked if we could just get a credit as it would be 9 by the time the new order came. They offered me a $10 credit. Said that was the best they could do. Very disappointed. Usually Pizza 73 is the “go-to” for me and my friends but after this, we may have to reconsider and search for another place to get our pizzas. Ordered at the location for take out and when we had arrived after the time our food was to be ready by, ... the pizzas had yet to get into the oven. The staff was nice, however there seemed to not be enough parking in the plaza. When we got home and were ready to eat, the pizza toppings ended up being very poorly spread out. In the photos, you can see the mushrooms and the green bell peppers are all clumped together. The Golden Crispy wings were incredibly salty but the Honey Garlic wings were good. Read more
