Ordered from the Old Banff Coach Road location through Skip the Dishes. The company manages its own delivery and they marked my order delivered but it never arrived. Waited over 2 hours for delivery. Managing their own order does not require proof of delivery. Will not order here again and ... feel they should not be a vendor on any food delivery service. Read more

Below Average Pizza. Poor experience with Pizza73. Repented for choosing Pizza73 for our dinner. Cheese, pizza sauce and toppings were sparsely added. The pizza looked like a cheap pizza with very few toppings here and there. But not really cheap on the valet. It looks like Pizza73 is into cost saving by ... reducing Cheese, Pizza sauce and toppings. The bread was not soft like the ones made from fresh dough. At pick-up, I asked the lady at the counter if ketchup or seasoning was available. She said they do not provide any - Ok acceptable, that's what the default process is. I asked if she could sprinkle a bit from a box on the counter - she said that's possible, I should have left a note in advance while ordering it online. However, Pizza73 website does not have an option to add any such notes. Not my responsibility to educate her about the Pizza73 website, and her message was clear. That's it! *Also, Pizza73 does not reveal the delivery fee or time projection until the last payment gateway page - Not an appreciable business practice. Hence, I decided to drive and Pick-up the online order. I Buy from pizza 73 all around the city as we pass thru, reorder the same thing each time and some locations are pretty consistent but this one is using some concoction of cheese. STOP and follow the franchise menu, stop screwing around with unauthorized products

I ordered the pizza here through skip the first time. So far, it’s my favourite Calgary pizza. The crust was just the right amount of crispy on the edges and lots of toppings! And best priced!
