Pizza 73 - Calgary, Alberta

I would give zero stars if I could! I ordered uber eats here around 10:09pm and don't recommend this place at all. I was waiting for my order for more than an hour already just for them to misinterpret my order. So I called the store and the lady on ... the phone told me that I was suppose to be the one to pick it up when it clearly stated on the order that they were suppose to drop it off. What made this experience even more frustrating is that the lady hanged up when I tried to explain the situation. I called again just to explain it one more time but instead she would try to call her boss and she never got back to me at all. On top of that I had to cancel my order due to the long wait and I still got charged for the cancellation. I really recommend people to stay away from this pizza 73 as possible and order somewhere else. Unless if you want to experience bad customer service and blame you for your own delivery. Read more

Just went back to this location after I was given a $50 credit from my previous horrible experience. Upon pickup the lady was very aggressive towards me asking me what was wrong with my order and why I have a $50 credit. She then stormed off to make my food, ... which took 40 minutes once again instead of the 15-20 minutes as stated on the phone order, so I was waiting in store for 15 minutes yet again. Once again received the wrong chicken sandwich. I got a classic chicken sandwich with pickles instead of the buffalo chicken sandwich I ordered. When I confronted her about it she picked the pickles off the sandwhich In front of me and put banana peppers on instead, and said they didn’t have any cheese so that’s all she could do. She then told me next time to call them directly instead of the call centre to place my order. How the heck do I do that?! When I go to call pizza 73 it’s the generic 273-7373 number, not the specific number for that location. Again another awful experience from this location. The old lady working there seriously needs to learn customer service or she should stop working in the food industry. To top it off, when my wife just went to heat up the left over pizza from the other day she noticed meat in her vegetarian pizza. Was supposed to be a cheese pizza with olives and feta cheese, instead they added tomatoes and what appears to be donair meat. Read more

Was given completely different order than what I put into my app. Called to get it resolved and the “customer service” representative said it was my fault. Literally have my order open on my app and it says it’s different than what I received but they got something different so ... it’s my fault. Was also supposed to be ready in 15-20 minutes as stated in the email and I had to wait in store for it to be ready 40 minutes after ordering. Read more

Placed an order for three pizzas via cell phone for delivery. Problem I encountered was the lady taking the order did not speak English very well. It took some time to get the order for three pizzas completed. As the three pizzas ordered were the gourmet thins, the pizzas were a ... little over cooked and a little late on delivery. Ordered through Uber eats and was delivered within 30 mins however what we got was burnt stale pizza with raw topping thrown on top. Wings were slimy and pink, fries were rock hard and tasted 2 days old. Lame 😒
