Papa John’s Pizza - Calgary, Alberta

Absolutely the worst customer service and no regard for their customers. Placed an online order at 10:30 am for my pizza to be delivered at noon. 12:45 before my order arrived, store ignored my calls and did not even apologize. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Our family has ordered from here a few times. The staff has always been attentive and friendly and now we think their pizza is better taste and value than the upperscale pizza joint in McKenzie 😂 I never thought I’d say that! I'd expect a pizza to have cheese.. I got a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, there is barely any pepperoni and cheese on about a third of the pizza. The second pizza barely had any sausage and was not extra pepperoni. Missing pepperoni and again, almost a third of the pizza. ... Very center loaded. Not very impressed. I don’t know if this place is under new management but it has gone down hill the last few months. We just ordered, the garlic knots had little to no garlic sauce on them and the bbq chicken bacon pizza is literally swimming with bbq sauce.
