I had an amazing experience at Papa John’s! The pizza was extremely fresh and delicious. Not only was it quick, the customer service was some of the best I have ever had. The manager was incredibly polite and ensured that my order was just right! Will definitely be ordering again.

Papa John's is our go to, first time ordering from this location. Ordered extra sauce, and somehow got no sauce. Not impressed, very disappointed.

2 Philly steak and cheese pizzas all but 2 slices stuck to the pizza box. Tried to cut them away from the box ruined the whole pizza other then 2 slices. Dough was still doughy on both pizzas. My wife's cheese pizzas was fine and my brother in laws Hawaiian ... was fine. Read more

Horrible customer service. Everyone there was speaking their native language and yelling at each other which led them to not notice when I walked in. I kept getting their attention for 5 mins and no one came to help me. In my app, it was marked that the order was ... ready for pick-up and they did not even start making the pizza. They were prioritizing the delivery drivers speaking their language and left other customers unattended. When I raised this up with their staff/"manager" she got rude in her tone. Never ever coming back to this location or Papa John's again. To make matters worse, they made the pizza doughy and had less of my added toppings. The owner should be fired for such bad management.
