Update: after more than 6 months of patronage of this business I still can’t believe the bad reviews people leave. I go so much that the crew already know me by name and are so friendly that even seems to be a family owned restaurant. I have never had a ... single issue with a pizza even when I customize it. So as a client, I still would recommend this location 100%. I also do food delivery as a side hustle and I see that they are even nice to drivers so if anyone have doubts after the reviews I would recommend to verify for your self. Original review: I have been going to this location for a while now, the owner and the rest of the employees are nice and helpful. They always provide promo codes with each order showing customer care. I have read other reviews and felt the need to make my own because I have had nothing but a great experience with this location. UPDATE APR 9 2024 The store manager, Randy, responded here saying to contact the store. I contacted him and his responses were: 1. Those are thick crust pizzas. Maybe you should order thin crust to know the difference. 2. Crust is the plain area around the rim. They all have crust. It doesn't ... matter what the promo pictures show. 3. Thin crust can only be ordered as one size so these are not thin crust. 4. I won't do anything for your pizzas. You didn't contact us... I called him 10 minutes after my latest order. Randy told me he'd make them the same way because there is no difference... ORIGINAL REVIEW Stay away. Dismal service and attitude. Will be reaching out to head office... We've recently ordered pizzas this year. Specifically original crust pizzas. Over 3 orders, 6 pizzas all came as thin crust... Thought the first time was a mistake, but this is consistent. I’m quite confused by the negative reviews. I also leave negative reviews at places I’ve order from. But I’ve ordered from here 50 times with not one mistake or slow service. I do pickup and I’ve seen a lot of the complaints be from delivery, so perhaps the delivery services ... are the issue. People generally order from here for the quality, so I won’t bother to sell you on it. The staff here are also very nice. If you pick up a large pizza yourself and order through the papa Johns app, it is like $20. Sad to hear others paid $35 to have a medium with the wrong toppings delivered through Uber eats. With how good they’ve been with orders through the papa Johns app plus the regular sales (VIP30 for 30% off), I think perhaps people’s negative reviews should be targeted at the Uber eats app. Read more

Ordered pizza from Papa John's on Uber eats 4 pizzas for 35 bucks custom pizza on deal. Everyone is excited, yeah? Well, no, disappointed real fast I ordered with pepperoni. Guess what? While I appreciate this branch opening late, I was disappointed in the pizza I purchased here on April 24 around 1:50am. I frequently eat at papa John and have been eating from this franchise for several years, so I know how it should taste like. In fact, on April 23 I ... also purchased pizza from this branch and that was divine. There were 2 major problems with my pizza (I got the meats and Philly cheesesteaks). 1) they were both overcooked. The bottom crust was hard and the meats above (pepperoni specifically) was almost burned. The pepperoni became dry and brittle. The crust was also dry and brittle, tough to swallow. 2) I paid extra for the garlic Parmesan crust, yet in my picture, you will notice there are toppings, then garlic Parmesan edge (barely any), and then a normal crust. This is done incorrectly, there shouldn’t be an edge of plain crust. It should be toppings then garlic Parmesan crust. I was looking forward to eating this pizza but I became increasingly disappointed with each bite.
