Chicago Deep Dish Pizza - Calgary, Alberta

I've ordered here a few times now and they used to have a generous topping of cheese and the highest quality of standards. This was actually one of the first deep dish pizzas in calgary. I'm actually saddened as I've paid almost $45 dollars for a medium half and half ... pizza which tasted terrible (less cheese and pizza dough was tough). The pizza does not look appetizing at all. I was at the paint store next door and decided to stop in and order a pizza. The classic Pepperoni, Bacon & Mushroom combo is now called a Canadian pizza. This location has been in business for decades and the friendly lady behind the counter told me she has worked ... there for over 20 years. I used to order from here when I lived nearby, so it was nice to revisit the place. It's take out only, but there is a table for people to sit and wait. I have been ordering from here for 15+ years and tonight I ordered and was given a 1hr 15min time...2hrs later, I had to call and see what's happening with my order. Guy on the phone said they're not even close to delivering my pizza and sounded unimpressed with me ... calling. If you like thick pizza this one is my go to usually. Changed my review cause I have been ordering here for so long but I do hope they give the person picking up the phone some training. Read more

I went there multiple times. But, the last time the quality of pizza was very low. I ordered half chicken half beef donair pizza. but,it was just bread and cheese and you could barely see chicken and beef. If I wanted ordered cheese pizza I could order in Costco for 12$ not 31$ ... that I paid. I never go back to this branch agane. Read more

Remember going there after a late night skip order which turned out to be really good. This time ordered medium all meat toppings, great pizza. Must try. It takes 20 minutes for the pizza to go and parking is good. Would recommend and easily feeds 5
