HAD SO MUCB FUN !!! Went with my husband to unwind. Boy, oh boy, did we get to unwind ! ~ Got to sing to my heart's content. I felt a bit ripped off going out here… As others have mentioned, if you don’t have your full party there upon arrival, you have to pay the price of the room right away which is fine to me. What I did have a problem with was the cost of the ... beverages and the state of the washrooms. Bottles of soju are ~$10 more expensive than other karaoke places around downtown. The washrooms are disgusting and reek - no soap to wash your hands, no doors either??? Just really gross. I didn’t order any food, but I don’t think I would order here anyways. We also had a room booked only for us to wait outside, only to be put in another room, and forced to go into another room shortly after. Just really weird customer service. In general, I will go elsewhere for a better karaoke experience in downtown Calgary. Read more

Closed due to AHS violation, no notification offered by the business for a reservation we’ve had for months.

I've been here a couple of times before and usually, things go smoothly. This time, we had a reservation for 20 that changed to 12 and the owner wasn"t happy, which is fair and it was a last minute. But typically, we're charged after the experience, but she charged us ... up front and once in the room, she checked all of our bags and that has never happened before??? And when we extended by half an hour, she had us to pay up front again. Our group was sober too and it was a Sunday, so no chance of us getting rowdy and messy. The karaoke and room itself was very fun. However our group had a bad experience trying to leave the establishment. The owner accused our group of stealing a microphone and tried to charge us for the missing microphone. After 20 minutes of arguing. The owner then produced the missing microphone ... form behind the bar. They then hid a jacket of another customer, after the customer spent 30 min looking for the jacket and asking the owner and staff members if they had seen it, the jacket was then brought from behind the bar. The owner then proceeded to fire the staff member that tried to diffuse the situation and was being honest regarding the missing microphone and jacket. The karaoke is a lot of fun, but be prepared to pay $40 per pitcher of beer and to have other potential charges such as a fraudulent missing microphones. I do not recommend this establishment, as it may end up costing you more than it's worth. Read more
