My wife and I decided to get lunch from here. We have never been here before. We ordered 2 snack packs. They certainly took care of our hunger. The lady and gentleman behind the counter were super nice! Food in the other hand, we have seen the place a couple times and heard mixed reviews about it. We ordered a couple chicken strips and some fritters. The chicken strips had half the breading fallen off because they were ... soggy, while the meat inside was super dry almost like jerky. Now to the fritters, you could tell that they are super good when cooked right, with full pieces of corn in it. But they were so soaked with oil that the oil penetrated 50% of the way through them. Making them taste like deep fryer. I would try them again hoping it was just and off day, or they served us the old food due to the early dinner rush. Read more

I ordered a 5 piece and was only able to eat 3 pieces. The chicken was so old and dry and not much meat. Service was great! (Too many boxes pre made, getting dirty, then your food goes into those boxes.) Hopefully this business will understand that batch cooking all ... your chicken early in the day is not a good choice. I'm sad because I was really looking forward to making this location my new favorite spot as I am new to the area. Doubtful I will go back. If I do, I will request fresh chicken. Read more

The staff are super friendly however my fries, while cooked, were pale and soggy, potato salad just tasted strongly of green onion. I got an 8 piece family meal and the chicken drumsticks were tiny! The chicken comes wrapped in brown paper which is super cute and environmentally friendly and acts as a tablecloth for outdoor dining. The chicken itself was perfectly cooked and juicy. I ordered 2 - 4 piece dinners and subbed out the fries for fritters in one order and added gravy. ... The fritters were heavy and would not order again - but if you like a hearty fritter then you may enjoy these. The fries were good and the gravy was what I expected - service was excellent - the photos attached show package to plate. You get a lot of fritters when you pay the $1 to substitute as shown. I believe I received 9 total plus the 2 in the other box gave us 11 - 😂 that’s a lot of fritters for 2 meals - I do recommend Chicken on the way - prices were very good for the size of the meal.
