Poor customer service, small portions. - Was told to wait 10mins but ended up waiting 20 mins for the shrimp to cook and was forced to prepay. The burrito bowl was absolutely delicious as it always is. However, ordered some churros for dessert. The amount of dulce de leche included was beyond pitiful. I get inflation and everything, but it’s like they didn’t even try. For the record though, the churro was good. I am extremely disappointed in the food quality I received at this location. The rice is either super old, or very undercooked as it was hard and chewy. I usually go to mahogany as it is in my neighborhood, but I work over by 130. I came in on my ... lunch break, and although the service given was fine, the lettuce was old, pink, and wilted. I also noticed that the steak was precooked, which I have not seen at the mahogany location, they cook to order. Overall the hard and chewy rice really ruined this meal for me, the steak tastes old and I cannot go back as I am on a lunch break.
