I could barely hear the cashier, and she didn’t cook the shrimp?! Every other location cooks it I got home and it was iced cold so I had to reheat it. I want to preface this with: I like Mucho Burrito. However, I got a Ghost Pepper Burrito from this location (14th avenue and 12th street sw Calgary - 12Apr2024), and the chicken smelled and tasted fishy. It also smelled like mold when I walked in.

Came in at around 9:30pm and they were very accepting of us staying until close. They went above and beyond with customer service! Very friendly staff! Definitely recommend coming to this location!

!!!-THEY STEAL TIPS FROM EMPLOYEES-!!! Came here a few evenings ago. The service is great, the food is ok, warm at best. When I went to pay via Tap-n-Pay I screwed up and didn’t input a tip. The server told me he “doesn’t get the tips anyway” I was shocked. DO NOT TIP HERE ... unless you hand the server cash. Disgusting practice by whoever the franchise owners are. Read more

The staff where friendly and pleasant, restaurant was clean with easy parking. I gave them 4 stars only because I found the meat bland with no flavor. I like mine a little spicy but that’s my personal choice.
