Came in before dinnerr time for a burrito and some tacos. Store was dirty on arrival and the washrooms were not stocked with paper towels. The food was either unavailable or looked like it sat out all day. Extremely small portion sizes, especially on the tacos and for $4 each, ... it was not worth it. The tacos were the most disappointing part, only a couple pieces of steak, couple shreds of cheese, and a chunk of old guacamole that we were charged extra for. The burrito was very small and tasted stale/old. The prep area was covered in food and you could tell it hasn't been cleaned in hours. Quality and cleanliness has gone down at this location. Better off going to the Westhills Much Burrito as it is well run and operated. Read more
Always a great experience whenever I visit this location. The food is always fresh and the staff are very helpful. Price is fair for the amount of food you receive and there are many options for sides as well as drinks and dessert!

The customer service here is absolutely awful. Staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. I am not one to leave a bad review but it is so shocking to see how this place treats their customers. The lady who was ordering before me kindly asked for her item to be accommodated to ... an allergy (other mucho burrito locations have accommodated in the past). The manager yelled at the other employee to not serve her anything gluten free and yelled at the customer to leave. I chose to leave and eat somewhere else. This is outrageous behavior. I got a Beef Barbacoa, and it was pretty sizeable. They were pretty generous with the meat. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were patient and helped me figure out what to order. Flavor-wise, they were better than Bar Burrito. There's more toppings to choose from, and the burritos were yummy.
