Average calzone at a premium price. Tried the santa fe chicken and it was ok but nothing to write home about. place was clean and staff courteous but it was the end of june with +20 weather and no patio tables so that was a minus.

Nate I am surprised you did not find the chicken on your plate. I always have to mention to them Not to put so much chicken. This being said ,it looks like people have divergent taste;some of us could eat a whole chicken ,some just a 1/4. All a matter of preference ... and that does not mean they are not good. Ordered the chicken shawarma platter through Skip The Dishes. Very disappointed with the amount of food. I kept digging in my in my takeout box to find the chicken pieces and just gave up. Seriously the amount of chicken was equivalent to the left over grizzle in a frying pan. ... Would not eat here again or recommended it. I have no idea how this place has over 4 stars. Went there with friends, the 3 of us all have different tastes and we all found something we loved! The service was okay, the girls were on the phone a lot but it didn't really bother us, they helped us and other customers when they came in and checked on ... us periodically. The interior is beautiful, and the food so spectacular! Will definitely be going back. Read more

love it at Sal's! so glad they opened on 17th Ave I always ate at their Mount Royal University campus location. this place is even better. much larger selection on the menu. prices are less than anything else in the area. food is always made to order and a host ... of baked goods as well as a quasi salad bar to choose from. lots of seating and fast service. oh and absolutely delicious! choose anything. I haven't tried the entire menu, everything I've tried, I've enjoyed especially the Gyro and the Beef Shwarma. Read more
