Calgary Shawarma - Calgary, Alberta

I ordered a chicken and beef platter for $12.99. Friendly service. Clean space. Pretty quiet around 5 p.m. when I came. Room for improvement on the flavour. Overall decent shawarma.

Very disappointed. The chicken in the shawarma isn't flavorful at all and they try to cover it in sauce to mask the taste. Potatoes are disgusting and microwaved; inedible. Toppings are weird and not typical for shawarma (other than tomato, lettuce and they have pickled turnip, but not even the ... good ones). They gave a tiny spoon of hummus with the platter and when I asked for more, they charged me....pretty bad. This is the absolute best shwarma in the city!!! My coworker and I eat here almost every day. The man who owns it is very friendly.

Went a few times, its near by. Chicken is never from the standing grill. Its always in a heated pan. Veggies dont seem very fresh. Never busy at all. Staff is friendly but unfortunately foods not that great

Decent Shawarmas and Donairs. They also have East Indian options like Samosas and what not. Place has a number of seats and doesn't seem to be very busy for the most part. Very close to the 8th Ave CTrain station.
