I ordered food but the counter person couldn't understand me. I could barely understand her. She made the wrong thing. When I informed her she got visibly mad at me and her coworker had to take over. It was a strange interaction, and a strange choice of employee for a ... customer facing worker. Food was half decent, but the service was such a poor experience that I won't go back. Too bad because we love middle eastern food, and recently started going by there on a regular basis. This could have been a regular for us, given the cusine and the location. Used to come here a lot and returned for a lunch after a tough morning wanted something filling and tasty. Pretty good tasting but the “Large donair” wrap size is like a regular at most places. Never been charged for hummus on my wrap before at other donair shawarma restaurants . ... Would have gave less stars but at least the service was friendly. Just not satisfied portion wise for what I spent I’ll walk over to the other place in the mall next time I got the same size one for $12 and didn’t drop my donair while being made. Read more

My wife suggested eating here as recommended by an acquaintance. We walked in and noticed a steady stream of traffic picking up food here so we felt confident. We chose the Chicken Shawarma Platter with garlic potatoes. We asked to have the sauces on the side so we could try the ... chicken by itself. The chicken was flavorful and slightly dry but would have been balanced with sauce on top. The sauce was garlicky and impactful. I ended up slathering the sauce over the chicken and rice along with dipping the potatoes in it. The rice was cooked well and decent. The potatoes were tender, but they needed the accompanied sauce. The salad was ok. We also grabbed some pita chips and were offered a free baklava. The pita chips were crispy, and our kids enjoyed them. The baklava was typical. Absolutely love this place. Just had a donair pocket and it’s the best I’ve ever had. Tabooleh and falafel wrap were amazing too. Highly recommend.

Staff were fast and attentive to customers. Great selection of platters, wraps, appetizers and desserts. Ordered Chicken Shawarma and the meat were kinda stale and bland. I observed the kitchen and there weren’t any new meats being grilled. Just chopped meats from the container. Their Donair platter was okay too, ... with good serving size. Their garlic sauce also tasted like it has too much Mayonnaise in it than garlic. But I’ll go back and see if anything changes. Read more
