Sammy’s Worlds Greatest Pizza – Bannister Rd. Location - Calgary, Alberta

Haven’t had a Sammy’s pizza in a while….tonight we ordered a Sammy’s Special (our favorite) with green peppers and olives on half, and add pineapple to the whole pizza. Pizza arrived…delivery guy didn’t bring a POS with him for credit card pay (unusual)! The pizza looked great…but realized it ... did not have the pineapple added that we paid for. And one bite made us wonder what Sammy’s has changed in their pizza crust??!! Ours tasted more like cardboard. Never, in past, would we have said this. Overall experience….not the same Sammy’s experience of past. There are other pizza place options that offer a ‘kitchen sink’ that walk circles on the Sammy Special we ordered. Disappointing ! Amir always takes care of me. I love the Greek salad here. The pizza is like home. Im from Nova Scotia. But I stay in Calgary . I drive all the way from the north east to come to Sammy’s .

We ordered the Donair special before and we loved how rich it was with toppings and flavor. We came back and tried the sammy’s special, it never disappoints. We will surely comeback to try the Sammy’s great creation 🤍🍕

Had take out pizza and wings for the first time. Food was quick and hot. Although the food was tasty, it wouldn’t be considered “World Greatest” in my opinion. Was a tad bid salty for my liking.

Ordered 12 hot wings and starter Caesar salad. Only received 10 wings and it’s a good thing I like pepper because there was so much on the Caesar salad. The dressing didn’t quite taste the same either. Maybe because there was so much pepper.
