Very tasty, fresh and inexpensive take-out. I only regret they don't work on week-ends! My favourite is the chicken shawarma.

My quest to find the best is over!! THANK YOU DONAIR PALACE! This place came as a recommendation after trying many different places within the city and surrounding areas...I couldn't find something a shawarma with the taste I knew and loved --Lebanese shawarma! Chicken shawarma and beef donair come in three different ... sizes, with your choice of fresh veggies and housemade sauces. There are other menu items such as fries and shawarma poutine, yum yum! This is our go-to, for sure and while I've tried both the donair and the chicken shawarma, my vote goes to the chicken shawarma... But that's because I prefer chicken in most cases! The owner Ahmad runs his shop and operates on weekdays only until 7pm... So plan to go after work someday or for lunch! He's a very nice person and upon talking with him, I got to learn that the others of my favourite shawarma place in Winnipeg (Baraka Bakery) come from the same village as his family in Lebanon. Awesome place, amazing value, friendly service and consistent quality. Few businesses in town are run with such care and integrity. My only complaint is that I don't think the owner is charging *enough* and being rewarded for all the positives above. Would give 6/5 if it was possible.

the food is so amazing. the chef is so amazing. the service is so amazing. the ingredients are fresh and delicious, and the wraps are packed so you get a lot of food for your money. 10/10, I only come here for donair wraps.
