Sushi Ichiban - Calgary, Alberta

Nice sushi place and Japanese restaurant. Though the choices for Vegeterian are limited, whatever is available is great. Loved thier Yam Sushi, Avacado roll , Agadeshi Tofu, and Miso soup. Other items also came out well and tasty. Grilled Mackerel , Dynamite roll is good, too. Recommended place.

I don’t understand why the rating isn't at least 4.7. The food is delicious, portions are generous, and prices are very affordable. The restaurant has a simple yet very atmospheric ambiance. 👍🏻

At under 10 pre tax, the food you can get for lunch special is really filling. It might not be the best sushi in town but nothing tastes off. For the rolls, there was a generous amount of wasabi and ginger on the side as well. The items came quite ... slow though. Our family enjoyed late lunch here. We were all satisfied with the meal. The sushi rolls are extremely good. The food quality is better than expected. The waitress there is nice and friendly. She talked to us in Cantonese. Nice experience here :)

This was my first visit since moving to the area and I really wish we tried this sooner. The server was quick, courteous, and attentive. The food was presented simply but beautifully, and tasted fresh and delicious. My husband and I look forward to visiting again soon.
