People said it’s the best ramen restaurant in Calgary. But I can say that it’s not comparable with those ramen shops in Japan. Shiki Menya offers a delightful ramen experience. Their ramen and gyoza were scrumptious. The rich flavors and expertly prepared dishes make it clear why eager patrons are willing to queue. Will come back to try the other dishes on their menu. Definitely a must-visit for any food enthusiast in Calgary.

The ramen is actually very good. Worth the wait! I had the chili goma which was really creamy and tasty. The friend chicken was great as well and big enough portion for sharing. Very busy over lunch hour, but we were seated quickly and within minutes had our food served. It was hot and delicious. I ordered the vegetarian goma ramen the flavours were amazing. Not as spicy as we were “sold” on…definitely add a side of the garlic chilli oil - that ... was fantastic but still not terribly spicy. Service was the bomb, quick chill and cheerful.
