I ordered the Red Tonkotsu Ramen! It’s a decent ramen by all means, but I think the bowl lacks a lot of a balance between the different toppings. The broth is ultra rich and fatty so at times it can be a bit difficult to eat just due to how ... extremely savoury it could be. We come here a lot and the food is always good. The portion is pretty big, they don’t hold back with the toppings either. I love that the meat isn’t thinly cut compared to other Ramen places and the chicken is so well seasoned you don’t even need the sauce. ... This Review comes from my Son He loved his kids meal. He loved his ramen, he loved his chicken and fries. He wasn't used to the Rice 🍚 dish served with the ground chicken he said it was salty and I said it's kind of to be like that dude. I think? I ... liked it and so did his dad. Jinya has consistently delivered in terms of quality, taste, flavor, and innovative new menu items. Their vegan items are also highly flavorful and are satisfying to finish as with their products. Their latest addition however, the Mabo Tofu Ramen is sublime. The texture and taste, along with the inclusivity of ... rice was a great idea. Was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint!! Food is super high quality and full of flavor with lots of variety. Went in with a group, where they had plenty of group seating.
