Toscana Italian Grill - Calgary, Alberta

Went last night with some friends from out of town. Our server Clint was amazing, food was great. Speed of service was FANTASTIC, we had a member of our party that was getting tired and our server recognized the situation and got us on our way.

Awesome place to hang out. The owner is an amazing guy, staff is friendly. Quick service amazing 🍕 pizza and 🍝 pasta . Large wine selection 🍷. Loved the jalapeño oil yummmm meatballs were really good as well. Best espresso martini ever.

Ordered 2 dishes from here. A Sicilian pizza, which was tasty but floppy in the centre. A fettuccine alfredo with chicken. Trying to find a restaurant that makes a really good chicken alfredo here in Calgary after getting the absolute best alfredo at a place in North Vancouver. This place is not it. The sauce ... was both too thin and greasy. The chicken tasted like it was boiled meat. Very disappointing and won't waste our money here again. Can't speak to the service etc as I ordered delivery. This was literally the worst 36$ spent on food in Calgary. We ordered Margherita pizza with add of Prosciutto - there was one and a half of slice of prosciutto distributed on whole pizza! Their dough is nice, but that's it. But the "winner" of our order was 8$ Tiramisu, ... no mascarpone cream at all, cheap cocoa powder, tasted like the one you can buy from grocery stores. I wouldn't be surprised if it really was. It was really only 2 layers of ladyfingers with a bit of coffee dip and you could really know that fake grocery store taste. Read more

Wow! Amazing. Came in today and needed a quick bite. I didn't wanna get fast food again. I had roughly 40mins to my name. They served me, let me pay ahead of time. And even gave me a bag to carry my to go items. I ordered the prime ribs burger ... and house salad. It was delicous. I'll be dragging my husband here in the next coming weeks. Great place to go!.
