Stromboli Inn - Calgary, Alberta

Lived in Calgary for 6 years. They offered me the best Pizza I have ever tried there. Way better than Boston Pizza or Pappa John's. The owner is a very kind gentleman. We went there many years ago when my son was a child. He gave my son a wodden ... motorcycle toy which he made himself. If I ever return to Calgary I will visit them and will enjoy some good time and good pizza there. I see they are temporarily closed. I hope they come back to business soon. Read more

Just a fantastic pizza restaurant. It has thick slices that are so fluffy and light just makes one of the best pizza in this town. It is a small place that has a nice patio in the summer. Service is great on account that it is so small. It also accepts ... reservations If I lived closer I would probably be fat and happy. This is the absolute finest pizza to ever land on my lips here in Calgary many many outfits try to duplicate the deep dish light airy crispy offering that Stromboli‘s pizzeria has perfected since the 70s. Amazing pizza. I've driven by Stromboli's many times, and was recommended to try it by a client, so I did and I was not disappointed at all. The service was great and wasn't too busy for a Friday night. Pizza does take a while to make (about 30 mins average) ... but is made to perfection with thin crust that rises. So if your in a hurry and looking to grab a quick bite, I would go elsewhere. Keep up the good work! Read more

Great little pizza spot in Bridgeland across from Lukes. Deep dish pizza without the density. Very light and crunchy
