Came here with my boyfriend on Sunday (all day happy hour!) during lunch time. We were really pleased with our experience! The food was so good!! The burrata was hands-down our fave dish. We still talk about it days later :p The arancini was delicious; the best one I’ve had here. ... The pizzas were also great! We got ‘spinach, shallot, garlic, wild mushroom, truffle oil’ and ‘sausage, salami, smoked pancetta, calabrese’. Staff were friendly and helpful and the place was clean and well-kept. My wife and I have been trying to come here. We finally got the date right and my goodness was it worth it. It is 50% off the pizzas from 9 - 10pm and they were AMAZING!! I never would have thought potatoes on a pizza was a thing but I have ... been proven so wrong... This is definitely top 2 pizza spots in Calgary. Hard to beat. I recommend the potato pizza forsure. This is what a neighborhood pizza shop should be: cozy, friendly, with some space between tables. Great environment. Service is excellent, both our servers were really helpful and informed. Menu is compact for both drinks and food, easy to navigate. But the real draw here is the pizza crust. ... Great crunch and chew, with a slightly charred edge (nod to New Haven style, maybe?). I could eat it every day. And the toppings don't overwhelm but are very distinctive. All delicious. This time we paired with an Arugula salad with nuts and olives, also really good. I can’t believe this restaurant was literally two blocks away from our apartment, and we never knew. It’s such a gem 💎. The atmosphere here is so cozy and intimate, the service is very good - both waiters who served us were really friendly. The food came fast, and let ... me tell you this! This is the best dinner I’ve had in YEARS. Me and my husband started with carpaccio, which just melted in mouth. Then we had a mushroom pizza which was hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve had. The crust is thin, flavorful, crusty at the edges. And the combination of flavors in pizza toppers is indeed unique and yummy. Especially with the chili oil on top - VERY greasy and absolutely heavenly! THEN we had us some pasta with meatballs, and I thought I’m in heaven 😂 But no. We decided to go for desserts, tiramisu and house made caramelized white chocolate, and I ordered a limoncello sour cocktail for myself. Here’s where I could die peacefully after having tried such deliciousness 👌🏻. Both desserts were mouth-watering, but the chocolate won me over completely. You MUST try this chocolate, trust me, you’ve never had anything better in your life. We inhaled it so quickly that I only remembered to take a picture while having the last bite 🙈. High quality pizza with a good variety of options. I particularly love the pizza dough here, and don’t forget to ask for their chili oil it pairs very well with their pizza! I recommend the Number 5 with goat cheese; it tastes really nice. I also enjoyed the Number 5 ... with pineapple on top. Their happy hour is a good deal, but it’s usually very busy, so make sure to make reservations ahead of time. Read more
