On Wednesday nights there is an entertainer for kids (in beddington) he was so awesome! We love going here with our family - very kid friendly place. Always have great service. The food is what it is, nothing mind blowing but does the trick!

BP’s just seems done a decade ago. The food is so processed and unhealthy. The staff are indifferent. They are all run down. They’re fine for a big group that does not care about quality. There is a gap from what they charge and what you get. I get ... everything costs more. Maybe they’re just struggling and waiting for another franchise to buy all their locations… I’ve never seen French onion soup not have the cheese melted across on the top. The flavor was ok at best. They brought extra cheese when I requested it, but I had to wait awhile for them to check in after delivery and then had to wait a while for the cheese. Soup had cooled a lot by then. Overall a good experience. Great service! The food was good, expected. However, the Cactus Cut Potato’s did not meet expectations; it was not fresh, warm and crunchy. The dip was good but less creamy or whipped as before. The portion seamed less too. All the best!

A SORRY EXCUSE FOR CHICKEN MEAT We ordered two chicken sandwiches to go with onions rings. The order was ready fairly quickly in 30 minutes and the staff were friendly when we picked it up. Our onion rings looked like one order split between two boxes which was dissapoiting due to ... the 3$+ upcharge on each. Then the chicken sandwiches themselves were absolutely disgusting. The "meat" patty had a nice crispy looking crust but inside was a bleach white rubbery slab with a few fibrous strands throughout. There was a frequent cartilige rubbery crunchy texture as well; we has to toss it out and eat the sandwiches like a BLT. I've had McDonald's chicken before and this Boston pizza chicken was even less like real meat that McDs. For 20$ you're better off going literally anywhere else for a chicken sandwich. Came here for dinner with my family.. and I used to come to this location years ago when I worked across the street. Food was great and service was amazing, but as I said that is a story of the past. My husband ordered the Big Dipper sandwich .. which ... now has one quarter of the old portion of meat, and they have incorporated one piece of a fried onion ring .. maybe to compensate for the lost meat. I believe the Big Dipper should now be called the tiny dipper. The worst part of all this, is when we nicely mentioned that the portion of meat is barely what it should be, the waitress agreed and asked to take the sandwich back to the kitchen to ask the cook to add more meat..: she looked surprised looking at the inside of the sandwich too. We asked that instead of taking it back if she can ask for the portion of meat to be brought in on the side, and she said ABSOLUTELY.. couple minutes later, waitress comes back with embarrassment in her face and said they said if you need an extra batch of meat you would need to pay extra for it.. so not only do we get a really bad service and get a sandwich that is not close to what it should be, but we also get lied to by saying they would do something that they clearly didn’t wanna do.
