Boston Pizza - Calgary, Alberta

Apparently Boston Pizza's "temporary closure" isn't temporary. Either due to the pandemic or their bad reviews, this Boston Pizza is no more.

Third class food. I am sorry to say this but it's fact. No customer service, no server, server is busy on cell phone,no one ask for water, no welcome,go inside and find your own seat and if they see u than they will come otherwise find server your own, one ... time order no follow up, I order Veggie nacho only top part is cooked and warm and inside cheese is not even metled, veggie is not even cooked, bottom nacho is cold. After complaint they took same nacho and put it in oven and gave same again. Not even change it. Once u get your order just sit and pay your own as server is busy. Third class service.how some can sell non cooked food. Boston pizza should review their cooking timing for some food. Read more

2 experiences with this location and both were horrible. First - ordered via skip the dishes.. ordered Pasta with red sauce .. what I received was with white sauce... took 45 minutes to deliver and another 45 minutes to replace the order.. on top of that the second delivery guy (Boston ... Pizaa Staff) lied to me that theres a line up at the elevator so he cant come up. Had to go down and there was no one at the elevator. Second - Went to location at 11.. reached at 10:55 infact. Website said open till midnight... sign on the door said midnight but staff was already done and were cleaning and didnt open the door.. and yes it was raining outside... check out the picture.. Ordered calamari, four cheese ravioli, jambalaya fettuccini, and garlic shrimp spaghetti. Calamari is crispy and fresh. Ravioli and fettuccini are your run of the mill pasta dishes.They're cheesy, hot, and comforting. Garlic bread is perfect to mop up the sauce! However, the spaghetti was something else entirely. It popped with flavour. ... One bite and you could taste every ingredient blending together. They nailed the dish. The pesto accentuates the garlic shrimp in a white wine sauce. The parmesan sauce makes it luscious. It could cost 30$ and I'd still pay. The balance of everything hits the spot. Cheesecake was denser (be sure to share!) than most but still tasted delicious. Food is great! I love their tropical chicken pizza, and it looks super clean in there. Has a homey feeling inside. The drinks are normal priced, and the food pricing isn’t bad. I’ve been here a few times, and I find its hit or miss. Sometimes we get a fantastic server, ... other times it’s not so great. Even when it’s quiet, the poor servers are still poor.
