Sweet Tooth Ice Cream - Calgary, Alberta

Went to Sweet Tooth yesterday and couldn't stop thinking about their delicious ice cream! My family and I walked in on a huge rush, and were worried about the wait time. They said it would be about a 20 minute wait but that one of their staff got off break ... so it may take less time. We got our ice creams in 10 min! Peaked around the counter and noticed not only how busy they were - but how well their small team was running. I rarely do reviews and spend time on reviews, but I couldn't help but share my experience with this exceptional ice cream shop. Upon entering, I was greeted by Joan, whose warm smile and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. It's not often that you come across someone so genuinely ... enthusiastic about their job, but Joan's passion for serving customers was evident from the start. She patiently guided me through the menu, offering insightful recommendations and even sharing a few of her personal favorites. As for the ice cream itself, it was nothing short of heavenly. Each roll was bursting with flavor, and the quality of the ingredients was apparent with every bite. Sweet Tooth is one of my favorite ice cream spots in Calgary! Their ice cream rolls are delicious and watching them make it fresh right in front of you is so satisfying. Portions are generous too! Just be prepared for a bit of a wait—the line can get long, but that's ... just because everyone knows how awesome their ice cream is! I do recommend their coffee crisps and triple threats. Overall amazing experience. Taste was really Good it feels like the ice cream has no added flavours and preservatives. The only con was they are really short of staff it would be nice if the wait was little less. Highly recommended.

Great little ice cream spot in China town. I’m no expert but I know of ice cream is good or not haha. This trend of rolled ice cream has got me a bit puzzled. I don’t really see how it enhances eating ice cream in any way really but all ... the same, this was the spot that evening. I must say it was a pleasant surprise how fresh and tasty the stuff was. Seeing the process done in front of you with any culinary experience is always a bonus. Be it fine dining, or simply ice cream. Boasting nothing to hide is a great quality in any business. They’ve done a nice job creating a charming atmosphere inside the spot. The desserts we got were served with a smile and went down great. Still not totally sold on the rolled ice cream thing but the kids are gonna do what they do. I’d recommend stopping in after a light meal in Chinatown. I’d go back for sure. Read more
