When attempting to order tonight (2/28/2024) there were few crust and toppings options as Panago website stated out of supplies. Sadly we proceeded with the order at 7:15 with promise of delivery 1 HR LATER. At 75 min later still no delivery. Used App chat to see ... status of delivery and person on chat VOIDED the order. The delivery was attempted for a COLD pizza some time after that with delivery driver totally confused. Refused delivery and have DELETED the APP. DO NOT ORDER PANAGO PIZZA. LOSERS!!!! Panago?? More like panajoke! 2nd time getting pizza from this location and it has been terrible. 4 pieces of pepperoni on half a pizza. Other half wasn’t any better. Thank goodness my nephew likes just cheese. Total cheap skates. I would avoid this location unless you want Scrooged out of ... topping and cheese. Owner should be embarrassed. I’m so sick of this location and panago in general. We have a specific order that is vegan friendly and I haven’t been able to order for months because they haven’t stocked a certain topping. This would not bother me if I wasn’t trying to use a credit that was given ... to us for the many many wrong deliveries we have received from them. 2 out of 3 times we get the wrong order. But that’s not a huge problem because they send the correct one after (even though everyone else has already eaten it’s just an inconvenience). Until a more recent order where they sent the wrong pizza 2 times in a row and we had enough. Someone reached out and offered us a credit we thought was fair and decided to try them again. Well I can’t use the credit because they won’t let me order from the next nearest location. Panago isn’t what it used to be and isn’t worth the hassle. Solid pizza shop in Calgary's NW! This is a mainly takeout Panago location but there are 4 seats by the window if you want to dine in. The pizzas are well made each time I've visited, with a decent amount of toppings and flavour. The wings are a particular highlight, ... consistently soft and juicy with ample seasoning. Service is fast enough for my takeout orders. Interior of the shop is small but modern looking and clean. Parking is easily available outside. Check this place out when you're next craving pizza! Got a pizza take-out from this place and it was decent. There was enough quantity of all the toppings and the Shahi sauce gave it a good Indian taste. It was missing the spice though. Other than that, it was pretty alright. We placed an order online and went to pick ... it up in 15-20 mins. Pizza was ready when we got there.
