Panago Pizza - Calgary, Alberta

Bought couple large pizzas from Instagram ad last eve. Service and pickup was great. But things went wrong after we ate it. I started vomiting for the whole night and next day. My girlfriend vomited this day. With the same stomach ache symptom. Idk, guys, what you are putting there, tho stop. ... I'm eating pizza in a lot of places, sometimes random, sometimes going to places i used to, never had such issues. Had the urge for pizza never tried this ever. For 23.00 you can't go wrong at all. The staff was great. It was clean & the pizza was ready in 10 mins. Yes I will be going back to try different kinds in the future.

Their website order service never seems to be working. Granted, I've only ever tried twice, but both times it hasn't worked and that's two times too many. They can't keep getting away with this. 2 stars bc like the pizza is pretty good.

Wife dropped into the store to buy our family 3 small pizza's for our family. Her pizza was supposed to be dairy using the Daiya cheese option. When we got home, she took a few bites, and noticed that there was real cheeze under the toppings and only Daiya cheese ... on the top. She has a dairy allergy. So she was understandably upset. She called Panago customer service, since she didn't order online, they told her she has to contact the store. She has called and been hung up 4 times without having the opportunity to talk to someone to 1. acknowledge this issue, and 2. fix issue Very disappointing. Read more

Ordered a veggie pizza. Came with dairy free mozzarella. That was not in the description on the menu. Gross.
