Don't order delivery from this store. I put in an order for delivery and after 40 minutes (presumably after the pizza was made), they called me and asked if I could come in and pick it up instead as they said they were having delivery driver issues but could not ... elaborate. Their pizza is usually good for a chain restaurant, but I'd appreciate it more if they informed me of delivery driver issues right after the order goes through, and not 40 minutes after the order was put in and pizza made already. Most of the time it’s ok, I’ve ordered before but always do pickup. I ordered a small pizza and 8 boneless wings for delivery. The estimated time was 90 minutes, which was so long but fine. It ended up taking 2 hours. I called the store a couple times and each ... time they said the driver was out for delivery and they couldn’t get ahold of him. They also said I was his only delivery. The driver finally showed up and said sorry it’s late but the store was so busy. At this point he would’ve been out from the store with my pizza for probably 20-25 minutes based on what the phone operator said. I only live a 3-minute drive away (14-minute walk). I don’t know what took so long but I really didn’t appreciate being lied to. I finally sat down to eat my pizza and it sucked too :( The operator at least credited my phone number for the cost of the pizza (minus taxes/tip) but I wish I just cancelled the whole order in hindsight. Never thought that plant-based pizza could be this good! I love their Plant-based Spicy Hawaiian. Will surely order from them again. Plant-based Beyond Summer BBQ is next on the list!
I go to Panago Soley for the wings. The Pizza is good, don't get me wrong, but I discovered their wings and that's what has me as a customer. There's something about the way they bake them, it has to be the pizza oven. They don't Fry them, they literally just bake ... them. Pictured is the Hot spicy. They feature a diverse menu asides from wings. They offer vegan alternatives and vegetarian. Their salads are pretty good too! Read more

Barely any vegan cheese or sauce. I can see the crust through the sad amount of toppings. It’s happened a few times at this location. Not OK! Instead of giving a copy paste message on all your reviews ACTUALLY do something about problems.
