I came in for lunch today and the lovely woman working making the food was so polite and welcoming. The portion size was great compared to other locations I have been to. I will be dropping in to have lunch here again.

Worst service. The short brown lady with brown hair isn’t interested in taking new orders. Poor communication, doesn’t greet or respond to greetings, takes like 5 mins to come to take an order. Food isn’t everything especially if its a franchise the taste is going to be good inevitably. Service ... and atmosphere matters. Every other customer was being treated in a weird manner. My wife just got out from evening work so we decided to grab a bowl of our favourite Pangoa. But to ur disappointment the girl in the store is not so welcoming and our order looks so little when we got it. It’s not the usual amount of stuff in ... it. Excellent bowls, soups and smoothies for gluten and dairy allergies. They have a menu online that shows all the allergens so you can pick your items with confidence.
