Took the macaron 101 class and it was awesome. The instructor was amazing. He was very organized, friendly, funny, helpful and very knowledgeable regarding macaron baking. The macarons that we sampled from the shop tasted as good as those I have eaten in Paris and the tea was delicious. We ... were able after 2 hours to leave with 30 macarons. I really enjoyed the class and would highly recommend for a fun evening out. There were 12 of us taking the class. The only thing I would suggest to change is to have a little more space for working. The kitchen is small for 12 people to bake but I still enjoyed it immensely. Read more
