The usual monthly visit with my family once again did not disappoint, except for a few quality changes: - The fries seem like the same oil was used the entire day for frying (keep in mind we ordered and ate at around 6 pm) or were 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘺 overcooked based on their ... darker colours - The actual fish pieces seemed more greasy compared to the previous visits; despite being deep fried, less oil on the fish when served would be a great improvement (along with less or low-fat oil being used but 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙢𝙮 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙤𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙣) - Near the booth areas (unless this is already done) my mother noticed the amount of dust on the entire windowsill, which implied that routine cleaning was not done as often, so that can be improved too when possible Overall, typical/great service for the usual visit here and I hope to return once again! Never thought I had the best fish n chip in Calgary. I came from Florida and this was the best crispy batter fish I ever tried. The texture of their haddock n cod is dense and juicy, and batter taste is amazing. Very crispy and not greasy.

The food and the service is always amazing. Got water to drink and lemon wedges were immediately offered. This last time two of us got the 2 piece, and we were given five pieces of fish each because staff felt the size of the sticks were small.

Mmmmm. So good as always. The service is amazing! Would definitely come back.

I promised my mom for a fish n chips, We ended our search yo fish n chips of this restaurant. I started with Calamari. It was not as good as I had at other place but still the taste was trying to compete with that place. Sauce was too thick. I ... would have loved nice mellow garlic mayo instead. Fish was fresh as Always! We changed to Sweet potato fries instead of regular fries. I didn’t like the idea behind about charging extra for changing it to sweet potato fries instead of potato fries, it was weird to me. Overall taste of the food was Good! Joeys have a Deal which is All You Can Eat of Tuesday. Which I find reasonable price for humongous cravings for fish and chips. Read more
