Was here when they first opened and every time I come back I love how consistent they are in terms of quality, service and creativity. Such a cool vibe as well. Carrie made us delicious drinks! Didn't try any food this time as we went for after dinner drinks.

I went for their pop up Christmas bar. LOVED the Christmas decorations and drink menu! So fun! Service was wonderful, very attentive. My only complaint would be that their espresso machine wasn't working so their hot buttered rum drink wasn't avaliable and when I requested to purchase a ... drink mug (they had them advertised for sale), I was told it was sold out. Make sure you eat before coming. This is truly a specialty cocktail bar and that is where they specialize and excel, the food they have is small and very expensive. Proof is a very special place. It's a step out of the typical into something of sophistication and whimsy, especially now at Christmas time. The staff are what make this place so amazing!!! From the exceptional bar tenders to the waiters and kitchen staff. They are all friendly, genuine and ... charming. The cocktail menu is unique, fun and truly an experience to behold. The food is delicious, affordable and like the cocktails, are a gastronomic delight! The ambiance is perfect for a quiet romantic date or simply a night out that is more refined with a touch of elegance, yet still in a casual atmosphere.
