Taco Bell - Calgary, Alberta

I'm currently in the drive thru waiting for my food I haven't had my drink yet but noticed it seemed a little shallow. I'm not going to bother asking for more but poor I cant stand places that do this. Your drinks are your least expensive item.

No tables to eat at. Extremely slow service. We placed an order for 2 boxes and it took about 10 mins to come out along with every other persons food who was waiting. Give food to your customers and soon as it's ready, not when everyone's orders are ready. Also, ... the person working in the kitchen was standing around with his arms crossed while the cashier ran back and forth between the kitchen and front. As far as greasy, cheap fast food goes, Taco Bell takes the cake. Fresh food fast, the employees here are always smiling and really friendly. The only downside to this store is they have no dining room, so you have to grab it and go.

Extremely rude customer service! The woman working was more concerned with talking with staff in another language than helping customers. She repeatedly ignored us and was extremely slow despite not being busy at all!! I was horrified and disgusted by the total lack of customer service. I thought ... maybe it was just us but I watched her with the next customers and she did the same thing. And the food was definitely not worth being treated like that for!!!!!!!! Do not go here!!! My friend and I visited the drive thru of this restaurant tonight. First, we were handed the incorrect soft drink, and then realized after that the bottle of water for the other order was not placed in the bag. It was completely missing. Also upon arriving home, we discovered that 2 ... other food items were missing from both of our orders. We tried to make the best of it and eat anyway, since it was a 15 minute drive and -30 outside. We decided to call the restaurant to let them know of the incidents, to which my friend was actually mocked on the phone. We were offered embarrassing compensation for the incident. After the phone call ended, I pulled a long black hair out of my food. So disgusting! I clearly couldn’t continue to eat the food.
