Taco Bell - Calgary, Alberta

I had the absolute worst experience at Taco Bell. I mean, where do I even start? I waited in the drive-thru for over 20 agonizing minutes, which felt like an eternity. When I finally got to the order window, I had to repeat my order about 5 times to the ... poor employee who just couldn't understand a simple request. And let's not even get started on the food quality. It was horrendous. My tacos were soggy, the meat tasted like cardboard, and the lettuce was wilted beyond recognition. As a delivery driver, I've had multiple experiences with the staff at this Taco Bell location, and unfortunately, it's been consistently disappointing. The staff's behavior has been rude and uncooperative, and their service has been slow and inefficient. This has made my job as a delivery driver more challenging and ... frustrating. I do miss Taco Bell as there are only a few locations in Canada but I do come to this one when I am in Calgary. The food is okay but I wish they would use the boxes for the combos instead of just dropping it a bag. No ... where near as appealing. Read more

I just purchased 3 big box meals I asked for extra hot sauce and mild sauce for my children when I got home there was a single packet of hot sauce A SINGLE PACK OF HOT SAUCE for 3 big box meals!?! also I was missing one of my Dorito tacos ... and as for the other tacos in the meals it was like they were pre made sitting in that bag for a half an hour they were just cold and soggy to the point that they were not edible I Live only 5 minutes away from this place. Ok ok food. Clean and not even busy after 6. The quality is okay but always check your order because they usually forget something. Especially if your order is more than one comb or it's busy. Pretty clean but could be cleaner; nice staff could listen a bit more.
