Always enjoy eating here, giving it 1 star because of the fact that the staff DO NOT get the debit tips. It’s absolutely shameful that owners take that from the staff that make minimum wage at best. I’ve been in the service industry for 20 years and would NEVER take ... tips from my staff. Owners make a mint off of places like that. Worker publicly embarrassed me for making a stain inside the toilet bowl. She accused me of “not flushing” when I did flush twice. Unfortunately there was a stain inside the toilet bowl, but I did not leave a mess on the toilet. What did she expect me to do? Stick ... my hand inside the bowl and wipe it? Went here to dine in and celebrate the Oilers win on a late night. Employee fed us like crazy. We had some customizations with our sub but he made it too perfect. Will definitely recommend this place for a late night bite.
I gave 2 stars due to the rude employee that told me I had enough toppings on my sandwich like I asked her to dig into her own fridge to finish making my sandwich. Over 25 years I've been eating at subways all over this side of the country and ... never have I been told here is a limit to the veggies a person can ask for. I go in every week and everyone is wonderful so I've always left a tip on the debit. Only to find out that the majority of ... the tip is pocketed by the owner.
