The lady crew on saturday January 19, 2019 was irritated when i ordered pizza because she wanted to clean the oven for closing. The mall closes at 8PM and I ordered at 6:45 PM. The staff are very rude! For some odd reason they like to continuously scan you debit and credit cards and do not give valid reasons why. This is extremely concerning when card skimmers are everywhere. And when questioned about this practice they became frustrated and rude. Food was cold lacking ... any sauces and bland! As a general rule, I love Sbarro. This location specifically? Disgusting. I will never get over the time I watched a pair of tongs make their way from the floor, to the lineservice counter, to a stack of breadsticks. Hire people who aren't morons, perhaps.

Card reader didnt accept my card four times. They took my card and tried it them selfs. They had an air of its my fault. Would love to see them accept chip. At the end the day i walked away with no kinda stale pizza

We had a really nice family day out and had been looking forward to Sbarro. It's one of my husbands favorites and I've only had it a few times. After tonight we will not be eating here again. My breadsticks had cold spots and my Stromboli was hard and flavourless. ... My husbands meal, well he's currently laying down trying not to vomit. He said his cheese tasted funny, he thought maybe they'd changed cheeses, now he is extremely sick. The food was obviously not fresh and the lady was hardly friendly. Oh and a regular drink? Ha!
