I ordered from the store in the Calgary International Airport at the domestic departure food court. I ordered the baked ziti.......the server took it from a warming tray that looked like they had put all the left overs in it and left it to sit under the heat lamp.........when I ... tired it, well it was terrible, the sauce taste was good but the pasta was so far over cooked it was just a pile of mushrooms, and then she had added more sauce to it which made it worse. I was going to try a slice of pizza, but it was paper thin. It looked like it had also been sitting there the better part of the day..........I highly suggest you go somewhere else for food or you also will be disappointed. Never again will I order from here. we ordered baked zitti and ask to make it a meal but the lady said that they dont offer it but it clearly shows on the menu. the baked zitti doesnt taste as good as i remember before. we also ordered cheese pizza which is cold and taste like left ... over pizza. we wanted to cancel the order but the lady said that the order cannot be void. she is also rude. definitely not going back to this place Read more

I am such a huge fan of Sbarro, but whatever this brings such a huge disappointment. The pizza we got was really old. We paid an order of breadsticks for $3.59 and the menu clearly states 2 breadsticks for that price but we only received 1, and the lady didn’t ... give us one when I asked. The pizza was cold and tasted like leftover room temperature party pizza. The spaghetti w/ sauce my partner got was really watery and cold…. Just look at the picture. This was my partner’s first experience and I told him not to base this food on all locations because this is just one of those bad eggs. We will be calling our bank to get our money bank as we paid over $21 for violently bad food. Read more

Worst experience ever. The lady is very rude. There was an option of full pizza, which she refused to give me. She was insisting that I pay separately. I have family with me, and that's y I was trying to order full pizza. If u r not that hungry, so ... try to stop somewhere else. Read more
