Quiznos - Calgary, Alberta

First visit and it’s definitely the last one. Ordered take out turkey, bacon, guacamole sub. After getting home and unwrapping it, what a disappointment!!! There was NO turkey whatsoever, trace amount of bacon, NO guacamole, trace amount of lettuce, few slices of cheese and one sorry thin slice of tomato. This sandwich was ... screaming “what’s wrong with the picture?” when you’d compare it to the menu pictures. Didn’t even wanna go back and waste more gas in my car to complain about it. Stay away. Got a sub which was supposed to be $11.95 with a drink. East Indian lady working there tries to charge me $119.95 . Thank goodness I was paying attention. I told her "Excuse me mam, you are charging me $119 for a sandwhich?" She saids "Yes" . I ... hold up the pin pad to show her, she keeps saying yes . After all of this , no sorry no nothing . This location is amazing. They put a lot of extras on the sub and are extremely polite and friendly. Food is always fresh and warm. There was a lady infront of me at the store that was an extreme germaphobe. She asked them to get a fresh bun from the back, ... change their gloves, and not to touch the sub at all. This location is absolutely disgusting. The entire seating area was filthy. Every table was sticky and had food all over it. Even the pickle station is disgusting and filthy. I had to sit with my baby on my lap to eat because the highchair were caked in so much food. ... To top it off, my bread was so soggy it was falling apart. Not impressed. When the staff was told about the condition of the restaurant they gave an excuses that it was busy. Maybe at one point. But not the 15 minutes before we came in and the 15 we spent in there. This is my go to location when I'm hungry, I come here so much that the staff know my order right away, it's probably a problem how much I come here lol. I'm a picky eater and so I always get the same thing, *not on the menu* chipotle chicken ... on rosemary parmesan bread, everyone should try it, it never gets old, like most things if you eat them often. Nadeem and his crew are always friendly, asking me how my day was and we have conversations about what we've talked about before. It's like my second home haha...and today I felt like getting their double chocolate cookie as a treat after my combo, and Nadeem said it was on the house, he even offered to toast it a bit so it would be warm and soft, it's already soft enough for me and I like them because I have braces and can't really eat hard cookies. This is how you have great customer service. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make me happy. Basically what I'm trying to say is that some food places have good food but not so good service or vice versa, this location has great food and great service in my opinion which is hard to find.
