We had our wild game processed at a few different places but Polcan made us the best sausage we’ve have ever had and the place is super clean. Would highly recommend!

This place is a hidden gem. My coworker took me for lunch there today and it was fantastic. The lady at the counter was so friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and there was plenty of left over as the helpings are abundant. Highly recommend

Small out of the way deli and meat shop. My visit was at lunch while waiting for my car to be serviced at a nearby location. It app that the shop caters to a lunch time crowd of local people who work in the area as they have a small ... selection of hot lunch items served buffet style.
