New York Fries - Calgary, Alberta

I went to NYF today and there was found staff that were working, very unorganized. They messed up my order 3 times. And when they finished I didn't look at any of my food when I recieved it just took i, thinking it should be fine now. I ordered 2 veggie ... fries one large and one regular. Both had very little amount of toppings. I also ordered 2 chili cheese dogs. Only one had chili and the other had a small dab of chili. I was very sad with the outcome of my order. If I checked my food before leaving I would have asked for a refund. Read more

First time experience @ NYF but not my first poutine, very well done, generous amounts of gravy and curds and excellent customer service 🤩 & Cajun spice as a side - nice touch

The staff were all smiles, super pleasant, really efficient. Food was great but the service is beyond expectation. Shyle the cashier made my day with her beaming personality. This is the way customer service should be done!

Lady cashier with tatoos, she is rude and talks so fast as if I know the menu! And she said something in her native language while I was trying to ask her about the items on the menu. It was my first time to buy from NY fries and that ... lady gave bad experience. Read more
