This mall has the potential to be great, but it falls short in several areas. There is a noticeable presence of homeless individuals at every corner, indicating a lack of security. I'm not sure who the area director is, or if there even is one, but this needs attention. The ... upstairs area, with its beautiful plants and fish, suffers due to water restrictions, leaving the pond green and murky. I really love this mall in Calgary. Both the green area and food service are on the same floor. Great!! There are also many options in the Core shopping centre, including banks and some stores.

The best part of the mall is the food court, which is located on the last floor of the mall building. Great atmosphere, and it gives visitors the opportunity to relax and spend time with their loved ones.
