Mucho Burrito - Calgary, Alberta

This location is suitable only for at-the-counter orders. Catering is a headache. Each time I have ordered catering ($200+ orders) I receive a call from this location asking if they can skip the special instructions (if that was the case, they would not have been included in the first place) ... or they cannot (or don't want to?) complete the delivery. My last catering order this location was provided 2 weeks notice. That is ample time to prepare, and yet another call telling me sauces on the side is too hard. I appreciate being busy but this location has demonstrated a consistency in less than stellar customer service. Use Quesada for catering. Read more

Staff don’t have any sense or knowledge how to serve the customer. I asked the person in order to add burrito sauce extra and if needed i can pay more for that. Lady didn’t heard me like she was ignoring.She just wrapped the burrito. She didn’t even tap the burrito ... paper. She didn’t handed me the food, she slide the food with tissue paper. This type of behaviour is not suitable in the professional building. If you wanna see the slide of the food, do please check the cctv camera on your stall from 1:30 pm to 1:50 pm. Date 15th March. Saw some mixed reviews so was going to skip but thought I had to check it out (I live off burriotos.) The burrito was good, fresh, service was fast and polite, the portion was fair. Stay far away! Food safety issue. They did not wrap my burrito in tinfoil and literally put the burrito in a paper bag to be delivered by Uber eats. Who does this??? Like actually. Extremely concerning.

First and last time I'll be going to a mucho burrito. Was expecting something similar to Chipotle but ended up dissappointed. Ordered a regular steak wrap and it was very small for the $13.86 charged. A burrito smaller than the palm of your hand shouldn't be that price for the ... ingredients it includes. It was too much wrap and too little ingredients. Could of at least put more rice as that's a cheap filler for the restaurant. Read more
